WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate looked set to pass a $1.1 trillion spending bill in time for a Saturday night deadline, following a narrow House of Representatives vote that averted a government shutdown but exposed fraying unity among President Barack Obama's Democrats.
