Asia resource shares helped by oil bounce, dollar capped

TOKYO (Reuters) - Asian equities were mixed on Tuesday, with a rebound in crude oil and other commodity prices favoring the stock markets of resource-exporting countries, while the likes of Tokyo's Nikkei struggled.
